EdgeMaster™ II Features - Knife Management

Knife Management keeps track of knife life by tracking all of the regrind information about a set of knives. After each setup when Knife Management is turned on, Knife Management accumulates the weight, length, and square inches that were slit. 

Target values can be setup to display a notification that it is time to regrind the knives. When the actual values reach the target values, EdgeMaster displays a notification that the targets have been met. When recording each knife regrind, a history of the knife is created. Knife Management then can display the history of a knife, showing the knife’s life from new to its current condition.

The knife management feature in EdgeMaster II is simple to setup and use.

Create an account for each knife...

...enter regrind information.  Then, view the knife history.
