Industrial Knives Application

ASKO Fabricating and Manufacturing Industrial Knives are available for the full variety of cutting and wear applications. ASKO produces both circular and straight industrial knives in all shapes, sizes and grades for use in applications such as slitting, side-trimming, shearing, scrap chopping, blanking and cut-to-length. ASKO Slitter Tooling for fabricators and manufacturers is used on coil slitting machines for separating all grades of metal coils into strips or mults. ASKO Slitter Tooling is applicable to light and heavy gage slitting and to the smallest to the largest of slitting machines. Slitter industrial knives are produced in sizes from 3 to 26 inches (75 to 650 mm).

Whether you process carbon steel, non-ferrous, sheets, plates, structural shapes or almost any other application, ASKO manufactures an industrial knife for it.

Industrial Knives Grades

ASKO industrial knives are custom manufactured and available in a wide range of grades including shock resisting and wear resisting tool steels, high speed steels and particle metallurgy steels. They are also available in tungsten carbide.

Design

ASKO knives are available in a range of designs. ASKO produces knives and tooling to slitter/shear builder designs, user modified designs, and can offer design advice for improved performance.
